Grievance Coordinator definition

Grievance Coordinator means a staff person appointed by the Warden to monitor and regulate the operation of the inmate grievance procedure at the institutional level.
Grievance Coordinator means, (1) in the case of a Grievance arising from an Adverse Employment Action or Adverse Working Condition, the District’s Chief Human Resources Officer, or (2) in the case of a Grievance arising from Discrimination, the District’s Civil Rights Coordinator.
Grievance Coordinator or “Coordinator” means the University administrator in the Office of Human Resources who is designated to coordinate the EHRA Non-Faculty grievance process and to provide support to the Grievance Committee in carrying out its responsibilities.
