Grievous hurt definition
Grievous hurt means permanent injury or loss caused in contravention of Shari’ah or Law to a person’s body, one of his organs or senses or his property or a permanent disability to carry out his occupation.
Grievous hurt means grievous hurt as defined in Section 320 of the Indian Penal Code, Central Act XLV of 1860;
