Gross Litigation Proceeds definition

Gross Litigation Proceeds means the gross proceeds recovered by the Litigation Trust from the FHS Litigation before payment of any litigation or administrative costs including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs and costs of employment of Litigation Trust employees.
Gross Litigation Proceeds means any cash proceeds actually received by AMD or HLS, as applicable, in respect of the GM Claim (whether as damages, interest, costs, or otherwise, and whether received directly as cash or upon the liquidation of seized assets) pursuant to (i) a judgment in favour of AMD or HLS, as applicable, or any of their affiliates, successors or permitted assigns by a court of competent jurisdiction in respect of the GM Claim, or (ii) a settlement of the GM Claim agreed to by AMD or HLS, as applicable, or any of their affiliates, successors or permitted assigns;
Gross Litigation Proceeds means the sum of (i) any and all Cash Proceeds plus (ii) the fair market value of any and all Non-Cash Proceeds (as determined pursuant to Section 2.2 or 3.1(d), as applicable).

Gross Litigation Proceeds means the gross cash amount payable to the Claimant as a consequence of a Case, whether by settlement, judgment or otherwise.
