Ground Control Equipment Upgrade definition

Ground Control Equipment Upgrade means the specification attached hereto as Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade) for the hardware required to be compatible with and to install the SCIP Software and meet the performance requirements of the SCIP Software to properly and safely operate the Satellite from the Customer SCFs.
Ground Control Equipment Upgrade or “GCE Upgrade” is as described in Exhibit F.

Examples of Ground Control Equipment Upgrade in a sentence

  • Customer shall have the option to purchase Ground Control Equipment, and related software, in conformance with Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade).

  • Boeing warrants that operation of the Software shall be uninterrupted and error free for the periods specified in Exhibit B5 (Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan) or Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade), as applicable.

  • Such supplemental Acceptance inspection shall be conducted by Customer to the extent necessary to verify that the DSS Software, and as applicable the SCIP Software, conforms to the applicable requirements of Exhibit B5 (Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan), or the GCE conforms to the applicable requirements of Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade), as applicable.

  • Boeing warrants that operation of the Software shall be uninterrupted and error free for the periods specified in Exhibit B5 (Satmex Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan) or Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade), as applicable.

  • Such supplemental Acceptance inspection shall be conducted by Customer to the extent necessary to verify that the DSS Software, and as applicable the SCIP Software, conforms to the applicable requirements of Exhibit B5 (Satmex Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan), or the GCE conforms to the applicable requirements of Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade), as applicable.

  • In the event that such Acceptance inspection demonstrates conformity of the DSS Software, SCIP Software or the GCE to the applicable requirements of Exhibit B5 (Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan), and Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade), respectively, such DSS Software, SCIP Software or GCE, as applicable, shall be irrevocably accepted by Customer for all purposes hereunder (“Acceptance” with respect to the DSS Software or the GCE) and Customer’s notice shall so state.

  • In the event that such Acceptance inspection demonstrates conformity of the DSS Software, SCIP Software or the GCE to the applicable requirements of Exhibit B5 (Satmex Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan), and Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade), respectively, such DSS Software, SCIP Software or GCE, as applicable, shall be irrevocably accepted by Customer for all purposes hereunder (“Acceptance” with respect to the DSS Software or the GCE) and Customer’s notice shall so state.

Related to Ground Control Equipment Upgrade

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Project Equipment means all personal property, goods, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture, fixtures, tools and attachments wherever located and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds, and any additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof, including, without limitation the Project Equipment described in Appendix C hereto, as amended from time to time in accordance herewith.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.
