Grounds Maintenance Service. Providing all of the labor and equipment needed to maintain the grounds of any Volusia County School site ensuring the grounds are attractive, orderly and healthy. To include but not limited to mowing, edging, weeding, trimming and power blowing. This shall include all management, staff, training, chemicals, fertilizers, and all equipment necessary to meet this standard.
