Group 1 Country. Canada and the United Kingdom.
Group 1 Country means the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Canada, Australia, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx and any Investment Grade OECD country that is not a Group 2 Country as at the Closing Date.
