Group 1 Marker Rate definition

Group 1 Marker Rate. With respect to the Class C-R Certificates and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to two (2) times the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC 3 Pass-Through Rates for each REMIC 3 Group 1 Regular Interest for which a Class 1-A, Class 1-B or Class 1-M Certificate is the Corresponding Certificate and REMIC 3 Regular Interest 1-ZZ, with the rate on each such REMIC 3 Group 1 Regular Interest (other than REMIC 3 Regular Interests 1-ZZ, 1-A-1-1 and 1-A-1-2) subject to a cap equal to the least of (i) LIBOR plus the Certificate Margin for the Corresponding Certificate for such Distribution Date, (ii) 11.50% per annum and (iii) the Net WAC Rate for the REMIC 4 Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for such Distribution Date for the purpose of this calculation, with the rate on each of the REMIC 3 Regular Interests 1-A-1-1 and 1-A-1-2 subject to a cap equal to the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate for such Distribution Date for the purpose of this calculation, and with the rate on REMIC 3 Regular Interest 1-ZZ subject to a cap of zero for the purpose of this calculation; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each such REMIC 3 Group 1 Regular Interest (other than REMIC 3 Regular Interests 1-ZZ, 1-A-1-1 and 1-A-1-2) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.
Group 1 Marker Rate. With respect to the Class C Certificates and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to two (2) times the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rates for REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI1, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI3, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI4, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI5, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-1MI, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-1M2, REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-1B and REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-1ZZ, with the rate on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI1 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (x) 5.15% per annum and (y) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate for the purpose of this calculation; with the rate on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI2 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (x) 5.53% per annum and (y) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate for the purpose of this calculation; with the rate on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI3 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (x) 6.38% per annum and (y) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate for the purpose of this calculation; with the rate on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (x) 6.65% per annum and (y) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate for the purpose of this calculation; with the rate on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-AI5 subject to a cap equal to (A) in the case of any Distribution Date up to and including the Optional Termination Date, the lesser of (x) 7.36% per annum and (y) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate and (B) in the case of any Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, the lesser of (x) 7.86% per annum and (y) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate for the purpose of this calculation; with the rate on REMIC 2 Regular Interest LT2-1M1 subject to a cap equal to (A) in the case of any Distribution Date up to and including the Optional Termination Date, the lesser of (x) 7.250% per annum and (y) the Mezzanine Net WAC Rate and
Group 1 Marker Rate. With respect to the Class 1-C Certificates and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to two (2) times the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC 3 Pass-Through Rates for each REMIC 3 Group 1 Regular Interest for which a Class 1-A, Class 1-M or Class 1-B Certificate is the Corresponding Certificate and REMIC 3 Regular Interest 1-ZZ, with the rate on each such REMIC 3 Group 1 Regular Interest (other than REMIC 3 Regular Interest 1-ZZ) subject to a cap equal to the least of (i) LIBOR plus the Certificate Margin for the Corresponding Certificate for such Distribution Date, (ii) 11.50% per annum and (iii) the Group 1 Net WAC Rate for the REMIC 4 Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for such Distribution Date for the purpose of this calculation, and with the rate on REMIC 3 Regular Interest 1-ZZ subject to a cap of zero for the purpose of this calculation; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each such REMIC 3 Group 1 Regular Interest (other than REMIC 3 Regular Interest 1-ZZ) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.

  • Marker Rate With respect to the Class CE Certificates and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to two (2) times the weighted average of the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2A, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2B, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2C, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2D, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM11, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM12, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM13 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ, with the rate on each such REMIC I Regular Interest (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ) subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Certificate Margin for the related Corresponding Certificate and (ii) the related Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date and with the rate on REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ subject to a cap of zero for the purpose of this calculation; provided, however, each such cap shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 30.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Class A-1 Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 360-day year).

  • Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates on the Mortgage Loans as of the second preceding Due Date (after giving effect to the payments due on the Mortgage Loans on that Due Date).

  • Class A-2a Rate means [__]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-A-3, Class LT-A-4, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-M-3, Class LT-M-4, Class LT-M-5, Class LT-M-6, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-B-3, Class LT-IO and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Regular Certificates, Class PEZ Regular Interest or Component.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.3300% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Upper-Tier Regular Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Regular Interest A “regular interest” in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code.

  • Class X-A Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • REMIC 2 Overcollateralization Target Amount 1.00% of the Overcollateralization Target Amount.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances as of the first day of such Due Period (after giving effect to any payments received during any applicable grace period).

  • Loan Group 5 The Group 5 Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Group 4 The Group 4 Mortgage Loans.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-B Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).
