Group 2 Reference Tranches definition
Group 2 Reference Tranches means the twelve classes of hypothetical tranches deemed to be backed by the Reference Obligations in Loan Group 2, referred to as the Class 2A-H, Class 2M-1, Class 2M-1H, Class 2M-2A, Class 2M-AH, Class 2M-2B, Class 2M-BH, Class 2M-2C, Class 2M-CH, Class 2B-1, Class 2B-1H and Class 2B-2H Reference Tranches, with the following initial Class Notional Amounts: Classes of Reference Tranches Initial Class Notional Amount Class 2A-H $10,085,594,016.00 Class 2M-1 $70,009,000.00 Class 2M-1H $3,685,320.00 Class 2M-2A $76,677,000.00 Class 2M-AH $4,035,826.00 Class 2M-2B $76,677,000.00 Class 2M-BH $4,035,826.00 Class 2M-2C $76,677,000.00 Class 2M-CH $4,035,826.00 Class 2B-1 $70,009,000.00 Class 2B-1H $3,685,320.00 Class 2B-2H $52,638,799.00
Examples of Group 2 Reference Tranches in a sentence
Each Group 2 Reference Tranche will have the initial Class Notional Amount set forth in the definition of "Group 2 Reference Tranches" in Article I (Definitions) in this Agreement, and the aggregate of the initial Class Notional Amounts of all the Group 2 Reference Tranches will equal the Group 2 Cut-off Date Balance.
Each Group 2 Reference Tranche will have the initial Class Notional Amount set forth in the definition of "Group 2 Reference Tranches" in Article I (Definitions) in this Agreement, and the aggregate of the initial Class Notional Amounts of all the Group 2 Reference Tranches will equal the Group 2 Cut- off Date Balance.
