Group Application definition

Group Application means the formal, written request for coverage by the Employer to DDKS. The Group Application includes all data and related information which is required to be provided to DDKS from time to time.

More Definitions of Group Application

Group Application means any order form, group application or statement of work or similar document that Customer enters into with Aura that references or is made subject to this Agreement.
