Group Data definition

Group Data means data reported pursuant to Article 3a;
Group Data means any and all data collected by Company or an Affiliate thereof (i) with respect to a consumer that registers with Company or an Affiliate of Company through a Group Artist Site, (ii) with respect to any transaction by a consumer related to a Group Artist Site or any transaction with respect to product distributed by Group or an Affiliate thereof, and (iii) with respect to any transaction by a consumer related to (A) a former Group Artist Site, and (B) product distributed by the Group or Affiliate thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Group Data shall not include any data that Company or an Affiliate thereof is prohibited from providing to Group or an Affiliate thereof without such artist's consent (unless such consent has been obtained) or a consumer's consent.
Group Data means all data, information, text, drawing, diagrams, images or sound embodied in any electronic or tangible medium, and which is supplied or in respect of which access is granted to the Consultant or any Covenantor by the Group pursuant to this Agreement;

More Definitions of Group Data

Group Data means aggregated statistical information that cannot be attributed to particular Record Owners or Users due to the absence of personal identifiers or Protected Health Information and is otherwise anonymized in accordance with applicable legal requirements and best practices.
Group Data means the Group's information derived from, constituting output of, or otherwise relating to performance of the Services, including without limitation, forms, creative works, Customer Information, Confidential Information and computer data provided to Company or developed in connection with performance of the Services.
Group Data means all business information and all personally-identifying information and data (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of by any of the Group Systems;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
