Examples of Group I Contracts in a sentence

  • The aggregate principal amounts payable by Obligors under the Group I Contracts as of the Cut-Off Date (including scheduled principal payments due on or after the Cut-Off Date but paid prior to the Cut-Off Date) equal or exceed the Cut-Off Date Group I Pool Balance.

  • The percentage (by outstanding principal balance as of the Cut-Off Date) of the Group I Contracts having a Net Contract Rate that is less than the Class I A Pass-Through Rate is approximately 16.0%.

  • The percentage (by outstanding principal balance as of the Cut-Off Date) of the Group I Contracts having a Net Contract Rate that is less than the Class I B-2 Pass- Through Rate is approximately 19.65%.

  • The purchase price of Subsequent Group I Contracts shall be paid solely with amounts in the Pre-Funding Group I Subaccount.

  • The Auction Agent shall promptly give written notice to the Trustee and the Depository of the applicable Pass-Through Rate and either the applicable Auction Rate or the Net Weighted Average Contract Rate of the Group I Contracts or the Net Weighted Average Contract Rate of the Group II Contracts, as the case may be, when such rate is not the Pass-Through Rate.
