Group I Delinquency Percentage definition

Group I Delinquency Percentage. With respect to any Payment Date and Loan Group I, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (A) the numerator of which is the Loan Balance of Group I Loans that are Delinquent for 60 days or more as of such Payment Date and (B) the denominator of which is the Pool Balance of Loan Group I as of the beginning of the related Collection Period, expressed as a percentage.
Group I Delinquency Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the rolling three month average of the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the aggregate Principal Balances of all Group I Loans which are, without duplication, (i) 90 or more days Delinquent (ii) in bankruptcy and 90 days or more Delinquent under the related Mortgage Note, (iii) REO Mortgage Loans and (iv) Group I Loans for which foreclosure proceedings have commenced and the denominator of which is (y) the Group I Pool Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date.
Group I Delinquency Percentage. For each Distribution Date and as to Group I , the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in Group I that, as of the last day of the related Prepayment Period, are 60 or more days Delinquent as a percentage of the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in Group I.

Group I Delinquency Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of Group I Mortgage Loans Delinquent 60 days or more by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans, in each case, calculated prior to taking into account payments of principal on the Group I Mortgage Loans due on the related Due Date or received during the related Prepayment Period.

Group I Delinquency Percentage. For each "Group II Delinquency Percentage": For each Distribution Date and as to Group I , the Scheduled Distribution Date and as to Group II , the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in Group I that, Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in Group II as of such Distribution Date, are 60 or more days that, as of such Distribution Date, are 60 or more days Delinquent as a percentage of the Scheduled Principal Delinquent as a percentage of the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in Group I. Group I Delinquency Percentage. As of the last day of the related Due Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all Group I Mortgage Loans that, as of the last day of the previous calendar month, are 60 or more days delinquent, are in foreclosure, have been converted to REO Properties or are in bankruptcy (and delinquent 60 days or more), and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans and REO Properties in Loan Group I as of the last day of the previous calendar month; provided, however, that any Mortgage Loan purchased by the related Servicer pursuant to Section 3.16(c) shall not be included in either the numerator or the denominator for purposes of calculating the Group I Delinquency Percentage.
