Group I Lease definition
Group I Lease has the meaning specified in the Group I Supplement.
Group I Lease means each of the Group I HVF Lease and each Additional Group I Lease, if any.
Group I Lease means the Master Motor Vehicle Lease and Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 26, 1999, among the Lessor, National and the Additional Lessees, if any, as the lessees thereunder, and Republic, as guarantor and servicer, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, exclusive of Lease Annexes.
Examples of Group I Lease in a sentence
The Joining Party hereby agrees to assume all of the obligations of a "Lessee" under the Group I Lease and agrees to be bound by all of the terms, covenants and conditions therein.
By its execution and delivery of this Joinder, the Joining Party hereby becomes a Lessee for all purposes under the Group I Lease.
Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings provided for in the Group I Lease.
