Group I Policy definition

Group I Policy. The financial guaranty insurance policy provided by the Credit Enhancer, dated as of December 29, 2005, with respect to the Class I Notes.
Group I Policy. The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy No. 00010879 issued by the Insurer in respect of the Class A-I Certificates, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit O-1.
