Group II Apportioned Principal Balance. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Principal Balance of the Class of Class B Certificates and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Group II Subordinate Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the Group I Subordinate Amount and the Group II Subordinate Amount.
