Group II Final Maturity Reserve Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date (a) on and after the Distribution Date in February 2017 up to and including the earlier of (i) the Distribution Date in January 2027 and (ii) the Final Maturity Reserve Funding Date, if the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans having 40-year original terms to maturity is greater than the Stated Principal Balance for such Distribution Date set forth in Schedule III attached hereto, the lesser of (A) the product of (i) the Final Maturity Reserve Rate, (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans having 40-year original terms to maturity on the first day of the related Due Period (not including for this purpose the Group II Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date) and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 360 and (B) the Final Maturity Reserve Shortfall for such Distribution Date multiplied by a fraction, (1) the numerator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans on the first day of the related Due Period (not including for this purpose the Group II Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date), and (2) the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans on the first day of the related Due Period (not including for this purpose the Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date), and (b) on any other Distribution Date, zero.
Group II Final Maturity Reserve Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date (a) on and after the Distribution Date in February 2013 up to and including January 2036, if the Constant Prepayment Rate of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 5% on such Distribution Date, the product of (i) the Final Maturity Reserve Rate, (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans on the first day of the related Due Period (not including for this purpose the Group II Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date) and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 360 multiplied by a fraction, (1) the numerator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans on the first day of the related Due Period (not including for this purpose the Group II Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date), and (2) the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans on the first day of the related Due Period (not including for this purpose the Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date), and (b) on any other Distribution Date, zero.

Related to Group II Final Maturity Reserve Amount

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Required Reserve Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) 0.25% of the difference of the Aggregate Starting Principal Balance less the Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount as of the applicable Cutoff Date of all Receivables transferred to the Trust and (b) the Outstanding Amount of the Notes.

  • Interest Reserve Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(d).

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date, an amount equal to (1) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all changes therein on such date) or (2) any other percentage (which may be 0%) of the Class A Invested Amount designated by the Transferors, provided that if such percentage is less than the percentage specified in clause (1) above, the Transferors shall have received the prior written consent of the Collateral Interest Holder and written notice from each Rating Agency that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such designation and shall have delivered copies of each such written notice to the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2019-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Final Maturity Date means March 31, 2022.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date. The Required Overcollateralization Amount may be reduced so long as written confirmation is obtained from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the ratings assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency.   • REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.

  • Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.

  • Final Maturity has the meaning specified in Section 308.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

  • Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans before giving effect to distributions of principal to be made on such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates immediately prior to such date.

  • Maturity Amount means the amount due at maturity with respect to a Capital Appreciation Bond.

  • Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:
