Group II REMIC Cap Carryover definition

Group II REMIC Cap Carryover. With respect to any Distribution Date, and for the Class AV-1 Certificates, the sum of (A) the excess of (1) the amount of interest such Class is entitled to receive on the Distribution Date (or, if greater, would be entitled to receive on the Distribution Date had the Certificate Rate for such Class been calculated at the Certificate Rate for such Class and Distribution Date without regard to the Group II Net WAC Cap) over (2) the amount of interest payable on the Master REMIC Regular Certificate with a Class designation corresponding to the Class AV-1 Certificates at the respective certificate interest rate for such Master REMIC Regular Certificate for the Distribution Date, as provided in Section 2.08 hereof, and (B) the excess described in clause (A) for such Class for all previous Distribution Dates (including any interest accrued thereon at the related Certificate Rate without regard to the Group II Net WAC Cap) not previously paid to such Class.
Group II REMIC Cap Carryover. With respect to any Distribution Date, and for any Class of Group II Certificates, the sum of (A) the excess of (1) the amount of interest each such Class of Group II Certificates is entitled to receive on the Distribution Date (or, if greater, would be entitled to receive on the Distribution Date had the Certificate Rate for such Class been calculated at the Certificate Rate for such Class and Distribution Date without regard to the Group II Net WAC Cap) over (2) the amount of interest payable on the Master REMIC Regular Certificate with a Class designation corresponding to such Class of Group II Certificate at the respective certificate interest rate for such Master REMIC Regular Certificate for the Distribution Date, as provided in Section 2.08 hereof, and (B) the excess described in clause (A) for such Class for all previous Distribution Dates (including any interest accrued thereon at the related Certificate Rate without regard to the Group II Net WAC Cap) not previously paid to such Class.

Related to Group II REMIC Cap Carryover

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Group I Cap With respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group I Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Loan Group II Cap With respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group II Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.

  • Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Certificate Principal Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount and (ii) any outstanding Certificate Principal Carryover Shortfall for the preceding Payment Date, over (y) the amount in respect of principal that is actually paid as principal on the Certificates on such Payment Date.

  • Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount and (ii) any outstanding Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for the preceding Payment Date, over (y) the amount in respect of interest on the Certificates that is actually paid as interest on the Certificates on such Payment Date, plus, to the extent permitted by applicable law, interest on the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Certificate Rate for the Interest Accrual Period.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Net WAC Cap The Group 1 Net WAC Cap, the Group 2 Net WAC Cap or the Subordinate WAC Cap, as applicable.

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the REMIC II Regular Interests; and

  • Class A-1 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A‑1 Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class A‑1 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class A‑1 Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Class A‑1 Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A‑1 Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A‑1 Noteholders on such Payment Date.

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Net WAC Rate With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that was actually paid on the Class A Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to holders of the Class A Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the respective interest rates borne by each Class of the Class A Notes for the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that is actually paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Noteholders of Class B Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class B Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.

  • REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 1% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP) minus (ii) the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, as of the close of business on such Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the amount that was actually deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Distribution Date in respect of interest for the Class A Notes.

  • Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A‑4 Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class A‑4 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class A‑4 Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Class A‑4 Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A‑4 Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A‑4 Noteholders on such Payment Date.
