Group II Trustee Fee definition
Group II Trustee Fee. The amount payable monthly to the Trustee on each Payment Date, in an amount equal to the product of (x) one-twelfth of 0.02% and (y) the Class A-2 Certificate Principal Balance as of the opening of business on the first day of the related Remittance Period.
Group II Trustee Fee. The amount payable monthly to the Trustee on each Payment Date, in an amount equal to the product of (x) one-twelfth of .02% and (y) the aggregate Loan Balance of the Mortgage Loan in Group II as of the opening of business on the first day of the related Remittance Period.
