Group Incentive Program definition

Group Incentive Program or "GIP" means any marketing or other program whereby CYBERGOLD conducts solicitation efforts for the Program, and the parties mutually agree that such marketing or other program shall constitute a GIP.

(i) "Program" means those programs and services of the Financial Service Products MBNA America agrees to offer pursuant to this Agreement to the Members from time to time. (j) "Royalties" means the compensation set forth in Schedule B. (k) "Trademarks" means any design, image, visual representation, logo service ▇▇▇▇, trade dress, trade name, or trademark used or acquired by COLDWATER CREEK during the term of this Agreement.
