Group Plan definition

Group Plan or “group health plan” means a group health plan established for the employees of the state of Iowa under Iowa Code chapter 509A.
Group Plan means an HMSA health plan sponsored by the MEWA pursuant to the Group Plan Agreement.
Group Plan means a small group plan or a large group plan.

More Definitions of Group Plan

Group Plan at a particular time, any “employee benefit plan” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA that is covered by Title IV of ERISA which is or was maintained, sponsored or contributed to by ACEP or a Group Member.

Group Plan means with respect to each entity within the Group such entity’s employee benefit plans, policies, arrangements, and agreements, and each compensation, incentive, bonus, profit sharing, retirement, deferred compensation, equity, phantom equity, option, equity purchase, equity appreciation right and severance plan and arrangements including employee group or executive medical, life or disability insurance.
