Seniority means length of service with the Employer.
Classification Seniority means the length of service in the classification, calculated from the date the employee enters the classification.
Bargaining Unit Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit since the last date of entry into the bargaining unit.
Group size means the number of children in a group.
Group B means educational improvements for pupils in
Group 4 All of the Group 4 Certificates.
Group 3 All of the Group 3 Certificates.
Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Group 1 All of the Group 1 Certificates.
Medical physicist means a person trained in evaluating the performance of mammography equipment and facility quality assurance programs and who meets the qualifications for a medical physicist set forth in 41.6(3)“c.”
Group the Company and its subsidiaries
Group III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
Medical facility means any physician, laboratory, clinic, hospital, or other similar entity.

Group 2 All of the Group 2 Certificates.
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.
Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Group health plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in section 3(1) of subtitle A of title I of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 USC 1002, to the extent that the plan provides medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care to employees or their dependents as defined under the terms of the plan directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
