GrowForce Shareholder means each holder of GrowForce Common Shares immediately prior to the completion of the Amalgamation.

In connection with the solicitation of the approval of the GrowForce Shareholders to the Amalgamation, GrowForce has provided each GrowForce Shareholder with the opportunity to elect to receive either Issuer Proportionate Voting Shares or Issuer Common Shares upon completion of the Amalgamation in exchange for all or a portion of their GrowForce Common Shares.
Each GrowForce Shareholder who has failed to make an election by the Election Deadline will be deemed to have elected to receive only Issuer Common Shares, in exchange for their GrowForce Common Shares upon completion of the Amalgamation.
