GS Bank Standalone Notes definition

GS Bank Standalone Notes means the Notes opposite whose designations both “GS Bank” appears in the column titled “Initial Holder” and “Yes” appears in the column titled “Standalone Note (Yes/No)” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, and having an aggregate Initial Note Principal Balance equal to $201,600,000.
GS Bank Standalone Notes means the GS Bank Standalone A Note.
