GSK Business definition

GSK Business means the business operated within the GSK Group, which is described in the Circular and which, for the avoidance of doubt, does not include the Consumer Healthcare Business;
GSK Business means the business of any member of the GSK Group (but excluding the Business) as at or following Completion;
GSK Business has the meaning set forth in the Demerger Agreement.
