If, notwithstanding the foregoing, the SEC will not accept the Company’s (or the Parent’s from the Guarantee Effective Date) filings for any reason, the Company (or the Parent from the Guarantee Effective Date) will post the reports referred to in the preceding paragraphs on its website within the time periods specified in this Section 4.03.
