Guarantee Notation definition

Guarantee Notation is evidence of the Guarantee to be used as described in Section 11.3, and attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Guarantee Notation has the meaning specified in Section 1502.
Guarantee Notation means a Guarantee Notation substantially in the form included in the form of Amortizing Note attached as Exhibit A to the Amortizing Notes Supplemental Indenture.

  • Each Guarantor hereby agrees that its Guarantee shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any failure to endorse the Guarantee Notation on each such Security.
