Guarantee Program definition

Guarantee Program means a Guarantee Agency's student loan guaranty program pursuant to which such Guarantee Agency guarantees or insures student loans.

Guarantee Program means the Washington State School District Credit Enhancement Program as authorized in Article VIII, Section 1(e) of the Washington Constitution and chapter 39.98 RCW.
