Guarantee Period definition

Guarantee Period. /’Maintenance Period’ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the works performed under the contract.
Guarantee Period or" WARRANTY PERIOD" shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable without any extra cost to the Purchaser for repair, replace or rectify any defective part or performance of the Stores supplied under the Contract.

Guarantee Period is a period of years for which a specified effective annual interest rate is guaranteed by us. Interest is credited daily at a rate to yield the declared annual Guaranteed Interest Rate.
