Examples of Guaranteed Impressions in a sentence

  • Additionally, if [*], then Yahoo will be deemed to have delivered the Guaranteed Impressions for that Quarter, regardless of the number of Impressions actually delivered.

  • For clarity, Yahoo will continue to deliver Impressions hereunder, by virtue of delivering each and every Yahoo Search Query to Overture according to Section 3.2 above, even if Yahoo has delivered the Guaranteed Impressions for a particular Quarter.

  • StarMedia shall provide to Cyberian Outpost not less than the Guaranteed Impressions.

  • Impressions delivered pursuant to the Third Addendum shall not count towards the number of Guaranteed Impressions delivered by Yahoo under Section 9 of this Agreement.

  • Finally, Yahoo will have no obligation to deliver Guaranteed Impressions pursuant to Section 9 of this Agreement with respect to the [*] Results.

  • The shortfall of Guaranteed Impressions and the subsequent payment reductions shall in no way relieve LookSmart's obligation to deliver the Non-Targeted Impressions guaranteed in Section 4 above 10.
