Guaranteed Level definition

Guaranteed Level means 95% of weather normalized expected performance as calculated by the IEER associated with the installed DAS and related peripheral equipment. Specifically, EPC Contractor will install an irradiance sensor along with the DAS as the basis for the IEER calculation.
Guaranteed Level means the quality [and quantity]of Raw Water to be provided to the Supplier by the Purchaser as set out in the Technical Specification. [Note: Technical Specification should specify maximum and minimum.]
Guaranteed Level means 95% of the Expected Annual Energy Output for the System for a Guarantee Year.

  • Provider guarantees to Customer that the Actual Generation of the System during any Guarantee Year, subject to the limitations, terms and conditions stated in this Guarantee shall not be less than the Guaranteed Level.
