Guaranteed Level definition

Guaranteed Level means the quality [and quantity ]of Untreated Wastewater/Effluent to be provided to the Supplier by the Purchaser as set out in the Technical Specification. [Note: Technical Specification should specify a maximum and a minimum.]
Guaranteed Level means 95% of weather normalized expected performance as calculated by the IEER associated with the installed DAS and related peripheral equipment. Specifically, EPC Contractor will install an irradiance sensor along with the DAS as the basis for the IEER calculation.
Guaranteed Level means ninety-five percent (95%) of the Expected Energy for a Guarantee Year for specified Solar PV System(s). Guarantee Year means each successive 12-month period during the Term commencing on the first day of the Term. Kilowatt-hour or kWh means electrical energy expressed in kilowatt-hours and recorded from the kWh interval records of the Revenue Meter.

  • Provider guarantees to Customer that the Actual Generation of the System during any Guarantee Year, subject to the limitations, terms and conditions stated in this Guarantee shall not be less than the Guaranteed Level.
