Guarantor Account definition

Guarantor Account means the account at U.S. Bank, N.A. funded and maintained in accordance with the Guaranty and governed by the Guarantor Account Agreement.
Guarantor Account is defined in Section 7.2(p).
Guarantor Account shall have the meaning given to such term in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.1, amounts shall only be withdrawn from any Guarantor Account to the extent that such withdrawal does not cause the relevant Guarantor Account to have a negative balance.

  • The Cash Manager will withdraw any Third Party Amounts received by the Guarantor and standing to the credit of a Guarantor Account and pay the same to the Seller provided that there are sufficient amounts standing to the credit of the relevant Guarantor Account to meet such payment.

More Definitions of Guarantor Account

Guarantor Account means each of the Fund XI Guarantor Account, the Fund XIII Guarantor Account, the Lessor Manager Guarantor Account and the Fund XVIII Guarantor Account.
