Examples of Guarantor Bank in a sentence

  • Without notice to Guarantor, Bank may assign the Obligations and this Guaranty, in whole or in part, and may disclose to any prospective or actual purchaser of all or part of the Obligations any and all information Bank has or acquires concerning Guarantor, this Guaranty and any security for this Guaranty.

  • Without notice to Guarantor, Bank may permit the Obligations to exceed the Principal Amount and may apply or reapply any amounts received in respect of the Obligations from any source other than from Guarantor to that portion of the Obligations not included within the Guarantied Liability Amount.

  • At any time, without further demand or notice (any such notice being expressly waived by Guarantor), Bank may set off the same or any part thereof and apply the same to any liability or obligation of Guarantor even though unmatured and regardless of the adequacy of any other collateral securing this Guaranty.

  • Upon any Termination Event with respect to Sunlight or a Guarantor, Bank shall have the rights and remedies in respect of the Collateral as provided in the Term Loan Agreement.

  • In the event of dissolution of Guarantor, Bank shall have the right to accelerate the Indebtedness unless replaced by a guarantor acceptable to Bank, in its sole discretion, within sixty (60) days.

  • The Agent shall promptly notify each Guarantor Bank of the proposed date of the issue of the EDB Guarantee.

  • The Borrower further agrees that any action or step taken by any of the Guarantor Banks in good faith under or in connection with this Agreement shall be binding on it and shall not place that Guarantor Bank under any liability to it.

  • No Guarantor Bank shall be liable for the failure of any other Guarantor Bank to fulfil its obligations under, or in respect of, the EDB Guarantee and the Borrower shall not be released from its obligations towards the other Guarantor Banks in case of such failure.

  • Subsidiary Guarantor means, collectively, the Subsidiaries of the Borrower that are Guarantors.
