Guarantor Consent definition

Guarantor Consent means, respectively, a written request, order or consent signed in the name of the Guarantor by its Chairman of the Board, President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, Controller, an Assistant Controller, Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.]

Guarantor Consent means a Guarantor Consent in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Guarantor Consent has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 9.1(d).

More Definitions of Guarantor Consent

Guarantor Consent means the consent to and notice of assignment, dated as of the Closing Date, made by Alcatel in favor of the Administrative Agent, in the form of EXHIBIT G, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Guarantor Consent means a Guarantor Consent and Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.
