Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement definition

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means each unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the date hereof and substantially in the form of Exhibit D, made by certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the date hereof and substantially in the form of Exhibit F, made by all Domestic Subsidiaries (other than any Excluded Subsidiaries) of the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Guaranteed Parties (as therein defined).
