Guarantor Group definition

Guarantor Group means each of the Guarantor and any company which is a Subsidiary of the Guarantor from time to time;
Guarantor Group means the Guarantor and each of its Subsidiaries.
Guarantor Group means the Issuer, the Guarantor and each of the Guarantor’s other Subsidiaries from time to time.

  • The Lessor and Lessee acknowledge that, during the Lease Period, the Lessor may own vessels other than the Ship, the Sister Ships and any other vessels leased to the Lessee or another company in the Guarantor Group.
