If elected in the Guaranty Addendum with respect to the Guarantor, Guarantor will furnish to Buyer, at the time the Guarantor furnishes each set of financial statements pursuant to Sections 16(a)(1) or (2) above, a certificate of a Responsible Officer of Guarantor in the form attached to the Guaranty.
