Guaranty Supplements definition

Guaranty Supplements means each of the Guaranty Supplements which are attached to the Guaranty Agreements as Annex A thereto.

  • Guaranty Supplement has the meaning specified in Section 8.05.

  • Guaranty Joinder Agreement means each Guaranty Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Guaranty, executed and delivered by a Guarantor or any other Person to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.
