Money order means a payment order for a specified amount of money. The term includes an express money order and a personal money order on which the remitter is the purchaser.
Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.
Declaratory order means the department’s interpretation of a statute, rule or order as applied to specified circumstances. A declaratory order is issued in response to a petition for declaratory order.
Issuer’s Order means a written request or order signed on behalf of the Issuer by an Officer of the Issuer, who must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer, the secretary or the principal accounting officer of the Issuer, and delivered to the Trustee.
Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Company Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws (or the equivalent organizational documents) of the Company and its Subsidiaries as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.
Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;
Bankruptcy Order means any court order made in a proceeding pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law, containing an adjudication of bankruptcy or insolvency, or providing for liquidation, winding up, dissolution or reorganization, or appointing a Custodian of a debtor or of all or any substantial part of a debtor’s property, or providing for the staying, arrangement, adjustment or composition of indebtedness or other relief of a debtor.
Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;
Issuer’s Bonds means any Bonds which are owned by the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer.
Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.
Regulatory Order means an order issued by a permitting authority that requires compliance with:
Corporation Order mean, respectively, the written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, its Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
First Day Orders means all orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court on the Petition Date or within five Business Days of the Petition Date or based on motions filed on the Petition Date.
Computer Security Procedures means procedures for prevention of unauthorized computer access and use and administration of computer access and use as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Governmental Order means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Authority.
Partnership Order means, respectively, a written request or order signed in the name of the Partnership by the Chairman of the Board, the President or a Vice President of the General Partner, and by the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, the Controller, an Assistant Controller, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the General Partner, and delivered to the Trustee, or if the Partnership shall change its form of entity to other than a limited partnership, by Persons or officers, members, agents and others holding positions comparable to those of the foregoing nature, as applicable.
Authentication Order has the meaning specified in Section 2.01 hereof.
Guarantor Order mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Stranded costs recovery order means each order issued by the
Underlying Securities Indenture As set forth in Schedule I.
Company Notes means the 5.500% Senior Notes of the Company due 2027 issued under the Indenture.
