Guest Conduct definition

Guest Conduct. A “guest” is defined as any person who is not an assigned resident of the University residential community room or apartment being visited. A “host” is defined as a person who is assigned to the particular University residential community student room or apartment being visited. Licensees (Hosts) must accompany their non‐resident guests at all times within the residential community (or University owned facilities). Licensees are responsible and accountable for the conduct of their guests while in residential community property, in immediate areas adjacent to the residential community, and/or at residential community‐sponsored or supervised activities. Residents will be required to sign in their guest at the residential community desk. The University reserves the right to deny access to any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

  • I acknowledge and agree for myself, my children, and any other guests and visitors of my studio/suite that: I/We have read, understand, and agree to fully abide by the information contained in the Code of Conduct, Stay and Admission Guidelines, and the entirety of the Guest Conduct and Responsibility Policy/Release Agreement.
