Guest List. Only persons listed on the guest list are permitted to stay in the rental property.   • Guest Rooms means each rentable unit in the Hotel generally used for overnight guest accommodations, the entrance to which is controlled by the same key, provided that adjacent rooms with connecting doors that can be locked and rented as separate units are considered separate Guest Rooms.   • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
