H1 Vehicle definition
H1 Vehicle means the commercial version of the Humvee designed ---------- and manufactured by Borrower, bearing the Hummer Trademark, sold to dealers under a GM Management Services Agreement and shall not include any H2 Vehicles assembled by Borrower for GM pursuant to the terms of the GM Assembly Agreement.
