Habitual Base definition

Habitual Base means Mexico, or, if the Aircraft is subleased in accordance with Clause 9.3, the principal place of business of the sublessee.
Habitual Base means Mexico or, subject to the prior written consent of the Lessor (which will not be unreasonably withheld), any other country or countries in which the Aircraft is for the time being habitually based.
Habitual Base means the United States or, subject to the prior written consent of Sublessor, any other country or countries in which the Aircraft is for the time being habitually based.

More Definitions of Habitual Base

Habitual Base means the jurisdiction in which the Aircraft's primary aircraft operations center is located. INDEMNITEE has the meaning given in the Aircraft Lease Agreement.
