Hand-over Minutes means the hand-over and acceptance minute of the Apartment (under the form as set out in Schedule 2 of this Contract) confirming that the Apartment has been handed-over to the Buyer to its satisfaction, which is particularly provided for in Clause 4, Article 8 of this Contract; and

Hand-over Minutes means the minutes signed by the Seller and the Buyer which is made according to the Seller’s form to certify that the Seller has transferred the entire rights of management, use and ownership of the Apartment to the Buyer.

Examples of Hand-over Minutes in a sentence

  • The warranty period of other Warranty Items shall be counted from the signing date of the Hand-over Minutes and shall be implemented in accordance with provisions by the relevant manufacturers.

  • The Hand-over Minutes shall constitute conclusive evidence and prove that the Apartment has been handed-over and accepted by the Buyer.

  • In such case, the Hand-over Minutes shall be signed by the Seller in the absence of the Buyer which shall be final and binding on the Parties.

  • In case the Apartment shall have met all conditions for being handed over and Parties shall have signed the Hand-over Minutes, Parties agree that any defects, errors or damage (if any) in respect of the Apartment after being handed over to the Buyer shall be handled in accordance with the regulations on warranty of the Apartment.

  • In such a case, the value of area in difference shall be calculated as per the following formula: value of the area in difference = Unit Price of 01 m2 (one square meter) of the Usable Area of the Apartment as specified in Item a) of the Article 3.1 of this Contract multiplied by (x) the difference between the actual Usable Area of the Apartment recorded in the Hand-over Minutes and the Usable Area of the Apartment as specified in this Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Value of Difference Area”).

  • At the time of handing over the Condotel, if the Lessee discovers that the Condotel has a defect or error compared with the description in the Contract, the Lessee has the right to specify the repair and remedy of inappropriate points on the Handover Minutes.

  • The Seller is responsible for correcting these defects and errors within the time-limit as agreed by the Parties at the Handover Minutes or the proposal for repairs.

  • After the transfer is completed, the Parties shall prepare and sign a Handover Minutes, with signatures from their respective authorized representatives.

  • Even if VinFast has signed the Handover Minutes, VinFast still reserves the right to request VinES to exchange products or return the entire Purchase Order if the Product does not meet the standards due to VinES’s fault.

  • In the Apartment Handover Minutes or in the Appendix of the Contract, the two Parties agree to specify the Actual Area of Water Transfer when handing over the Apartment, the difference between the Area of Actual Liquidity and the Area of Thong Thong.
