Handled Products definition

Handled Products means all products (including Securitization Products) sold, distributed or otherwise offered, and all services rendered or offered to be rendered, in acting as an arranger, intermediary, broker, dealer, underwriter or other capacity to its clients or customers by a Party’s Contributed Business.
Handled Products means the products, services, or labor sold or provided by Merchant to the Customer.

  • All Handled Products which a Contributing Subsidiary has directly sold as a party to the relevant sales agreements to, or has directly solicited its client or customer to buy, have met appropriate standards for suitability in light of the characteristics of the applicable clients or customers and have been accompanied by timely and full disclosure in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • These Special Provisions set out details for processing the execution by DEGICA, as the general agent of the Merchant, of the Payment Provider Agreement with the Credit Card Company and other matters with respect to transactions in which Customers who are Credit Card Members make a request to Merchant to purchase the Handled Products and carry out settlement by credit card online.

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;
