Handover Acceptance Tests definition
Handover Acceptance Tests means in respect of any Tested Deliverable, SolutionsPT's non-Client witnessed, laboratory and Client Site-based tests to ascertain whether a such Tested Deliverable should proceed to Acceptance Testing;
Handover Acceptance Tests means in respect of any Tested Deliverable, SolutionsPT's non-Client witnessed, laboratory and Client Site-based tests to ascertain whether a such Tested Deliverable should proceed to Acceptance Testing; "Hardware" means the information technology hardware and equipment specified in a Project Initiation Document (if any); "Hardware Installation Services" means any part of the Services involving the installation of Hardware; "Hardware Maintenance Services" means any part of the Services involving the maintenance of Hardware; "Helpdesk Support Services" means any part of the Services comprising the provision of advice by SolutionsPT in response to issues raised by Client in respect of Hardware or Software, in each case by telephone; "Implementation Plan" means in respect of any Service, SolutionsPT's timetable for implementation of that Service; "Intellectual Property Rights" means (including, without limitation), any patents, designs, trade marks, service marks, (whether
