Examples of Handover Memorandum in a sentence

  • For sake of clarity the Handover Memorandum shall clearly specify the parts of Site where work can be executed.

  • Signing of the Handover Memorandum, in three counterparts (each of which shall constitute an original), by the authorized representatives of the Authority, Contractor and Authority’s Engineer shall be deemed to constitute a valid evidence of giving the Right of Way to the Contractor for discharging its obligations under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever.

  • Confidential Information Memorandum means the Confidential Information Memorandum of the Borrower dated March, 2004, delivered to the Lenders in connection with this Agreement.

  • Base Prospectus means the base prospectus referred to in paragraph 1(a) above contained in the Registration Statement at the Execution Time.

  • Disclosure Package means (i) the Base Prospectus, (ii) the Preliminary Prospectus used most recently prior to the Execution Time, (iii) the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule III hereto, and (iv) any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package.
