Handover Package definition

Handover Package means a package containing the information and objects specified in the Appendix (Form of Handover Package) to Schedule 15.3 (Handover Package) and such other information and objects as the Secretary of State may reasonably specify from time to time;
Handover Package has the meaning giving to it in paragraph 1.1(a)(i) of Schedule 15.3 (Handover Package);
Handover Package means the package to be prepared and maintained in accordance with this Agreement, including Section F.9 of Schedule 8 (Services Specifications).
