Harbor Master definition

Harbor Master means the designated representative of the Commercial Port of Guam and of its Manager and as such is delegated full authority to administer the Harbor Regulations of the Commercial Port, in coordination with the Commercial Port Safety Section, Fire Section and to establish procedures necessary for the efficient and safe operation of the harbor and all territorial waters of Guam, within his respective jurisdiction.
Harbor Master means the Chief of the Fire Department and duly authorized deputies and assistants acting on his behalf. (Ord. 22868 § 1; passed Jun. 7, 1983)
