Subject to clause 7.5, all Charges are due for payment on the earlier of the 20th day of the month following the date of the invoice OR the date that the Nominated Vessel is scheduled to be removed from the Designated Hardstand Area or released from the Berth (as applicable) following the completion of the Services or the earlier termination of this Agreement.
The amount of any such refund will be calculated by the Operator (acting reasonably, and having regard to the Services actually provided and the period of use or access that the Client had to the Designated Hardstand Area or Berth prior to the termination) and the Client agrees to abide by the Operator's decision.
