Harvest location definition
Harvest location means the location where the gathering or harvesting of protected wildlife takes place. For purposes of harvesting brine shrimp, a harvest location is a 300 yard radius from the location of the [fluorescent orange flag]Certificate of Registration marker as required under Subsection R657-14-16(2).
Harvest location means the location where the gathering or harvesting of brine shrimp or brine shrimp eggs takes place. A harvest location is a 300 yard radius from the location of the Certificate of Registration marker as required under Subsection R657-52-16(8).
